Dear [Elected Representative],

Today, the Russian Federation launched the first intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) in history used against an enemy state. This unprecedented escalation underscores the critical need for swift and decisive action to ensure Ukraine’s victory and prevent any further risk of nuclear escalation!

I commend the recent decision to allow Ukraine to strike Russian targets with U.S. and allied missiles. However, we must accelerate and expand all measures to end this conflict decisively this year. Prolonging the war risks destabilizing global security, especially with the growing danger of radiological disasters and of trump who is wholly incompetent and opposed to Ukraine’s defense.

I urge you to focus on the following priorities:

  1. Severe Economic Sanctions: Collaborate with international partners to impose sanctions that fully cripple Russia’s ability to fund its war. Special attention is needed to halt Russian trade with India and China in raw materials, military supplies, and technology.
  2. Accountability for War Crimes: Strengthen efforts in international courts to hold Russia accountable for its war crimes and violations of international law. This will help sway neutral countries to support Ukraine long term.
  3. Energy Infrastructure Protections: Counter Russia’s attacks on Ukraine’s energy grid, which risk triggering a radiological disaster worse than Chernobyl, endangering all of Europe.

This war can only end with Ukraine’s victory and the international security order preserved. My wife and I have supported the 2020–2024 Biden-Kamala campaigns to the maximum individual contributions permitted because we trust in your leadership during critical moments. Please do everything in your power to protect Ukraine and ensure this conflict does not escalate into WW3!

Thank you for your commitment to this critical cause.

Sincerely,
[Your Name]
