We’ve been through this before and we know precisely where this road leads. The US @scot.us is deciding right now if they should bar a confederate based on an amendment added to the constitution after defeating the confederacy or end the first experiment with democracy 🇺🇸
How the US Supreme Court votes has yet to be seen but no one wants to see the shoes of Supreme Court justices or their own added to such a pile. We’re a nation of laws and not men so let’s keep it that way by learning from history ⚖️
