Dear [Elected Representative],
Elon Musk is clearly attempting to use his multi-billionaire wealth to BUY THE ELECTION AND HE MUST BE STOPPED NOW !!! My wife and I donated $6,600 to this election campaign and ~$10,000 in 2020 ( to the president and the two GA senators ) so we are deeply concerned when $1 million dollar checks are being cut daily to republican voters to incentive them to cast their votes for trump. The American people are watching these brazen criminal acts take place as the wealthiest of billionaires tip the scales with impunity. By not taking direct and immediate action we see doubt cast into the eyes of all US Citizens as it pertains to the legitimacy and stability of the US Government.
Elon has been ramping up his illegal election meddling from creating fake voter registration forms, to offering sums of $47 — $100 to voters, to sending out fake ( and malicious ) election material purporting to be from the Kamala campaign, to creating fake misinformation Ai images-video of Kamala, and now the $1 million daily checks to reward trump voters and incentivise additional voters to vote trump. In various ways much of this being illegal under federal and state law. However the perception in the public’s eyes is that the government will not act swiftly on this and will grind through it over the course of months-years as with many other trump cases.
AN EXAMPLE MUST BE MADE !
- It is wholly within the scope of your powers to issue a statement or an address to the nation condemning such action in the strongest language ( as well as warn participants who receive such bribes that they may face monetary-prison penalties )
- Because of the gravity of these actions to the continuation of the existence of the US Constitution and because the law actually permits the DOJ to act swiftly in this manner please act with all due expediency to show the world that billionaires in America are not above the law by actually putting him in jail without bail pending trial
- In the event that it takes too long to resolve this matter in the eyes of the public' through the regular bureaucratic processes take advantage of the powers vested in the executive by SCOTUS’s ruling on presidential immunity to hold Musk accountable and safeguard the constitution NOW and for the legal system to catch up later.
We can not allow the billionaire class to simply buy elections in America because that will in effect transition us directly into an Oligarchy like Russia. Furthermore we can not show other billionaires that this can be done or that there's leeway in how this can be done or that doing so carries penalties too light to matter to them like $15,000 fines in PA.
The executive must act decisively and swiftly in this matter in the next 12 days!

As an elected representative, you have the power to issue a public condemnation of Musk’s actions and warn participants that accepting bribes may lead to penalties, including imprisonment. Swift DOJ intervention is critical, and Musk should be jailed without bail pending trial, as permitted by law, to demonstrate that no one is above the law, not even billionaires.
We must prevent the U.S. from becoming an oligarchy like Russia, where elections can be bought. Please act decisively within the next 12 days to protect our constitution and our democracy!!
