šŗšø Stop Trump-Elon BLATANTLY Violating the Constitution ā February 2025
Dear [Elected Representative],
I urge you to uphold your sworn duty to protect the U.S. Constitution from Donald Trumpās unlawful actions, which far exceed his authority as President. The Founding Fathers were clear about the separation of powers ā what the Executive Branch can and cannot do ā and which powers rest solely with Congress, as representatives of the people.
Nowhere in our system is a private citizen, regardless of wealth or status, permitted to assume the powers of the Executive, Legislative, or Judicial branches ā let alone all three simultaneously. Yet that is precisely what we are witnessing with Elon Musk, a billionaire who signaled his allegiance to Hitlerās Nazi ideology at the presidential inauguration.
The Executive Branch does not have the authority to unilaterally decide how government funds are allocated, nor can it deputize a private citizen to do so. The separation of powers is a defining principle of our democracy ā one that distinguishes us from the monarchy we overthrew. Abandoning this principle is a direct threat to the continuation of the Republic!
Furthermore, unelected individuals cannot arbitrarily shut down government agencies, deny government employees or contractors access to their workplaces, or trespass on government property ā physically or digitally ā without proper security clearance. This is especially concerning given Muskās well-documented ties to Putin and his business dealings with the Chinese government.
Most critically, the President, his random campaign donors or handpicked bums they scooped off the street, must not be allowed to undermine the rule of law by firing Attorneys General or FBI agents tasked with holding criminals specifically such as him accountable ā especially when that criminal is a 34-time convicted felon, convicted rapist and twice impeached violent insurrectionist with police officer blood on his hands.
With the utmost respect, I implore you to recognize Trumpās actions for what they are: a blatant coup against the U.S. Constitution, which he has likely never read. He should not be in office at all, per the 14th Amendment, Section 3, and now there is ample cause to initiate a third impeachment. For the survival of the Republic, I urge you to act swiftly and decisively USING ANY AND ALL MEANS NECESSARY TO REMOVE HIM FROM POWER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
